About the Role:
Join BNLBUSA INC as a Kennel Shift Lead, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and care of our furry friends. We are looking for a passionate individual to lead our kennel team and contribute to a positive environment for pets and their owners.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train kennel staff to ensure high standards of pet care.
- Oversee daily operations, including feeding, grooming, and exercising pets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kennel facilities.
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and potential clients.
- Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts effectively.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support the management team in administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in animal care or kennel management preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of pet behavior and health care practices.
- Ability to lift and handle animals of various sizes safely.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in pet first aid or CPR is a plus.
- Passion for animal welfare and a positive demeanor.
